Management & Accounting Services S.¨¤ r.l. ("MAS") was incorporated to respond to certain changes in our profession. Founded in March 2003 and managed by Olivier Dorier, the Firm's resources were reinforced with the arrival of Stewart Kam-Cheong in January 2004.
MAS is an independent firm in Luxembourg serving international conglomerates. We work closely with reputable tax and legal firms in Luxembourg and are very often referred as the preferred service provider.
Our team is young, dynamic and responsive to the needs of our clients.
We are member of the Institut des R¨¦viseurs d'Entreprises and Ordre des Expert-Comptables in Luxembourg.
Approach
MAS meets with clients or their representatives in order to assess the accounting and administrative needs in relation to existing or proposed corporate structures.
Our goal is to establish a long term relationship which requires an in-depth knowledge of our clients¡¯ businesses and is based on mutual trust. We provide a personalized service and offer the knowledge of others through reputable tax and legal advisers.

MAS offers a highly personalized professional service relating to the establishment, maintenance, administration and liquidation of corporate entities inherent to global corporate structures, such as the Luxembourg 1929 Holding Company, the SOPARFI ( Soci¨¦t¨¦ de participation Financi¨¨re ) and other entities.

Essentially international, many of our clients are major industrial companies and financial institutions, many of which are quoted on a recognized stock exchange.
MAS serves clients in many countries across all five continents.
We also provide services to small and medium sized businesses both national and multinational.
