GIC-BCN
is an
old friend of MECEC,
together the two association have co-organized
three events. In June 2002, a Spanish
delegation lead by GIC- BCN participated the
Euro-China Business Meeting Macau 2002, which
funded the solid base for further cooperation. |

In
November 2002, as the follow-up event
to enhance the fruits gained in the
Euro-China Business Meeting Macau 2002,
MECEC lead a delegation of enterprises from
Qingdao and Suzhou city to make a return
visitation to Barcelona. GIC-BCN has
arranged an excellent business meeting
that reached 36
agreements among 43 Spanish and Chinese
firms. In
November 2003, entrepreneurs from Dalian and
Changzhou participated the Sino-Spain
Business Meeting of Textile and Apparel
industry hosted by GIC-BCN. The China
Consul General of Barcelona also present in
the meeting and sang high praise for the
efficient and fruitful event for the mutual
benefit of the enterprises of the two
countries. |
