MECEC has built up relationship with Exporter's Association of Northern Greece, S.E.V.E., long time ago.

In June 2002, S.E.V.E. organized the Greek delegation to participate the Euro-China Business Meeting Macau 2002 that hosted by MECEC.

In November 2002, MECEC and S.E.V.E both participated the Asia-Invest Networking Conference that held in Beijing. The conference provided opportunity for this two partners to exchange opinions on further cooperations.
