Glatz. In March 2003, the executive director
of MECEC arrived in Linz and pay a visit to
Ms. Elisabeth Kogler,
the head of International department of
Upper Austria CCI. Their meeting funded the
base for the further cooperation in
facilitating the cooperation between Austral
