Macro Euro-China Entrepreneurs Club (MECEC) was founded in 1996. It is a non-profit organization based in Paris, France. MECEC aims at facilitating business co-operation by creating human relationship.
In recent 10 years, MECEC has set cooperative relationship with most of Chinese industry cities. Our network includes 150 cities and over 10000 companies. Through this network, we provide matchmaking service for many EU delegations. Our special service is to help every member of EU delegations to find proper counterpart when they arrive in China.
MECEC has built up good partnership with about 80 chambers of commerce, sector-specific trade and industrial associations, employers' Federations etc. in Europe
Annually, MECEC organizes about 100 European firms to visit China. These delegations were warmly received by MECEC’s workstations.
In September 2001, MECEC hosted "Asia INTERPRISE 2001" in China under the framework of EC's Asia-Invest Program. The participants were from 5 European states and 6 Chinese provinces. They held over 400 business talks and signed 80 co-operation agreements.
In June 2002, MECEC hosted "Euro-China Business Meeting 2002" under the framework of EC's Asia-Invest Program. In all 300 entrepreneurs from 11 European states and 23 Chinese provinces participated the meeting. They held about 1260 business talks and signed 250 co-operation agreements as a result.
